Join John Vlastelica, Steve Mair and a group of your corporate recruiting leader peers for Cohort 22 of Recruiting Toolbox’s Recruiting Leadership Lab. In this lab, you and your peer TA leaders will learn and share best practices to help you build and deliver effective quarterly business review discussions with execs, leveraging business insights to prioritize, talent insights and internal metrics to influence, and real-world influencing techniques to engage and get buy in for your strategies to help the business hire the talent it needs.

• How to prepare for the 10 most common questions executives will ask you in a QBR/strategy discussion.
• How to ask strategic questions that give you the insights you need to align your resources to the most important business priorities.
• How to leverage an effective QBR and storytelling framework to maximize your limited time in front of execs.

Location: Santa Barbara, California. Amazingly beautiful location, just 95 miles North of LA Airport (LAX). We have great hotel recommendations and travel options, and a great space for our workshop with our host (Procore).  

When? April 18 and 19, 2024. Day 1: 9am-5:30pm + optional dinner. Day 2: 9am-12:30pm (this is the hands-on, building portion of the workshop).
