Annie draws on over 20 years of talent acquisition and HR experience, including over a dozen years as a corporate recruiting leader with companies like Starbucks, Red Robin, Tommy Bahama, Oakley, and tech startups AutoGravity and Zwift. She’s been regularly aligned to the most challenging-to-work-with hiring leaders, where she’s built strong relationships and turned them into super-fans of TA.
Annie has been recognized throughout her career for helping to elevate the voices of the underrepresented and her commitment to diversity, within companies - as part of ERGs - and as a volunteer, where she’s played board-level roles with community-based organizations focused on aligning businesses with non-profits to strengthen the community in Southern California.
